Vicki O'Grady has been in addiction/eating disorder recovery since 1983.  She takes a non-diet approach and feels there that is not one "right" way to lose weight.  Each person's needs should be considered in the treatment process.  Depending on the client's preferences, hypnotherapy can be very helpful.  She has worked in several addiction/eating disorder treatment centers and has taught classes in these specialties for many years. She is available for workshops and seminars.  Vicki is certified in Imago Relationship Therapy, based on the book, Getting The Love You Want , by Harville Hendrix, who has appeared several times on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
